Both our UK and Slovakian facilities feature state-of-the-art, fully enclosed cleaning systems that deliver exceptional particulate control and surface quality.

Operating to international cleanroom standards (Class 8) and compliant with the latest industry regulations, our automated systems consistently achieve surface energy levels of 56 dyne and particle cleanliness down to 127 microns, depending on material type and component design. This ensures every part leaving our facilities is ready for the most sensitive applications, from medical devices to advanced electronics.

Technical Cleaning Machinery

With five cleaning machines across the two plants, we can run multiple programmes depending on customer specification - from basic degreasing and washing, to solvent cleaning with ultrasonic technology.

Once cleaned, items can be packed in a controlled environment to achieve the required industry standards, using ESD packaging if required.
