Clamason Industries seek further success after record £30m turnover

Clamason Industries has launched a three-year expansion plan to further build on the record-high £30 million turnover generated in 2018 by the Black Country-based manufacturer.

Clamason Industries provide design and development of solutions which add value for its client base across the globe. The company expects growth to continue in the medical, automotive, industrial products and assisted living markets.

The plans included launching a brand-new corporate identity with a new website and digital presence, as well as investing £1.1 million in new presses and improved technical cleaning capabilities for markets where hygiene is a significant consideration, such as components for insulin pens and dry powder inhalers. Indeed, the company holds the ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 quality accreditations for both the medical and automotive sectors.

Our facilities … give us a global footprint … [to] attract more customers, which will contribute to our expansion plans.”

To create their new digital presence, Clamason Industries teamed up with Nutcracker Design to transform the brand and showcase their precision engineering capabilities.

Sales Director of Clamason Industries, Ian Davies, explained: “We … wanted a new corporate identity that reflected our growth plans.” He added: “Digital marketing is definitely a big focus as we look to grow sales both at home and overseas.”

The manufacturer offers customers access to a wide range of presses – from 20-300 tonnes, with the largest providing a 3-metre bed. They operate over 11,000 sq metres of dedicated production space in the UK and Slovakia and employ 290 people. To find out more, visit our website or follow us on Twitter with @clamasonind.
