Management Team

Neil Geoghegan
Chief Executive Officer

I manage our facilities in the UK & Slovakia.  My responsibilities include, all commercial activities at both sites, balancing the different stakeholders involved with Clamason and creating a safe work environment where 250 people can contribute to the prosperity and future growth of our company.

I am an accountant by qualification and have worked in manufacturing and engineering companies in UK, Europe, USA and central America, the highlight of my career to date was leading the MBO team that bought Clamason Industries from the previous owners in 2016.

My values are really simple:  Honesty, fairness, respect and hard work.  If you are confident in what you do, set yourself stretch goals and you always consider the commercial implications of your actions you won’t go far wrong!

I am a family man, I love sport of all kinds, except Cricket – I just don’t get the fuss!  I was involved in coaching junior football teams when I lived in the USA, and as a younger man I used to play Rugby, a knee injury ruined my chance to become an England Captain (well that and a lack of talent).  I am an avid reader and would love to write a book.  I have started 3 novels but haven’t got much further than writing the plot outlines and a few character details, one day, when I have more time, I will definitely finish them.  My latest passion is photography, I am only a beginner but when I get the chance to travel I like to compile travel blogs and images about the places we have visited.

I believe teamwork is the key to success and try and keep this in mind in all situations.
